PIONEER is housed within a spacious post-and-beam style building, full of light and living plants.
Picture windows on all sides provide views of the rural, rolling hills of Western Massachusetts, beautiful in every season. Each individual workspace is designed to face at least one window, providing natural light throughout the day.
In warmer months, we will be found outside during meals, breaks and meetings, sitting at picnic tables beside our flower gardens, or our idyllic wooded stream. However, providing a pleasant work environment is only part of PIONEER’s commitment to employee satisfaction.
